About us

Tammie J. Monaco, the owner of Beck-n-Call Event Services, LLC, has been in the hospitality business since 1994.  While an undergraduate at Goucher College, Ms. Monaco spent her summers working in The Hamptons for a staffing agency named "At Your Service."  She learned the industry by working with some of hospitality's finest players, at some of their most extravagant events.  

Ms. Monaco went on to become the Assistant Manager of the Devon Yacht Club in
East Hampton, Amagansett.  After deciding to return to Baltimore, she accepted the position of Director of Catering for The Brass Elephant.  She left to return to country clubs as the Assistant Manager of the Green Spring Valley Hunt Club.  Ms. Monaco was also the Food and Beverage Director of a downtown hotel and taught Dining Room Management at Baltimore International College before returning to school.  She received her Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Systems from University of Baltimore and soon started her own staffing company.  Ms. Monaco is certified as Maryland's BEST for completing a responsible alcohol service certification course.

Beck-n-Call Event Services, LLC has grown and evolved out of a need for friendly, professional, clean-cut servers and bartenders in
Baltimore.  Our specialty is staffing for house parties - whether they be holidays, dinner parties, or social gatherings.  We have staffed everything from intimate dinners for two to wedding receptions for 125!
